Partnership

I work with solopreneurs and small online businesses with real potential that haven't yet found the right structure to grow.

Not as a consultant who disappears after the report. As someone who gets inside the business, works alongside you, and remains invested in the outcome.

What I Do

I look for businesses where the gap between current performance and real potential is significant — and where the right input, at the right time, can meaningfully close that gap. When I find that, I commit fully. My time, my expertise, and where it makes sense, my network of vetted operators and freelancers who can execute locally in your market.

The work spans three areas:

Strategy and positioning. Clarifying your offer, your pricing, and who you're actually selling to. Most stalled businesses aren't broken — they're unclear. Fixing that changes everything downstream.

Operations and systems. Building the processes, automations, and team structures that let you grow without adding chaos. If you're the bottleneck in your own business, this is where we start.

Growth and execution. Running the acquisition channels, partnerships, and revenue levers that produce consistent, compounding results. Not one-off campaigns — sustainable momentum.

How We Can Work Together

Depending on where your business is, the engagement takes one of three forms.

Growth partnership. An ongoing working relationship in which I serve as a part-time operator and strategist within your business. Best for founders with early traction who want to build the next layer of scale without hiring a full team.

Fractional COO support. Operational depth without the full-time cost. I take ownership of the systems and execution layer so you can focus on what you do best. Best for businesses where the offer works but the infrastructure hasn't caught up.

Co-build. In select cases, I invest directly in the business — time, expertise, and access — in exchange for a share of the upside. This is the most selective model and the highest commitment on both sides.

I'm straightforward about which structure fits a given situation. If none of them do, I'll tell you that too.

Who This Works For

You're probably a good fit if:

  • You're generating revenue, but growth has plateaued
  • You're doing most things yourself and feeling the limits of that
  • You have an offer that works — you just can't scale it alone
  • You want a partner with skin in the game, not another service provider

You're probably not a good fit if you're still testing your first offer or if you're looking for someone to run the business for you. This is a working partnership. It requires a committed founder on your side.

Why I Work This Way

I've spent years finding, evaluating, and building online businesses — across markets, models, and stages. I've seen what separates those who break through from those who don't. It's rarely the idea. It's almost always execution, focus, and having someone in your corner who has seen the same problems before and knows which ones actually matter.

I deliberately keep my client roster small. Every business I work with gets real attention — not a templated playbook, not a junior team member doing the actual work. If I take on your business, it's because I genuinely believe we can build something worth building.

Let's Find Out If We're the Right Fit

I don't take on every inquiry. But I do take every conversation seriously.

If what you've read here describes where you are — and you're ready to talk about where you want to go — send me a message. Tell me about your business, where it's stuck, and what you're trying to build. I'll read it carefully and respond honestly.

No pitch decks. No discovery calls that go nowhere. Just a direct conversation between two people working out whether there's a real opportunity to build something together.
